"The hotel left a lot to be desired, even for an economical option. It felt unsafe. All the exterior doors, except for the main entrance were exit only to avoid non-guests from entering. There was also a fight that happened on the 2nd floor which the single employee had to leave the front desk to deal with. On top of that, they have an outdoor pool but no extra towels available in the entire hotel. Some rooms from our group didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests and when they asked for more, there were none available. "

"The check-in line was incredibly long, and the wait was exhausting. I don’t see the point of offering online check-in if we still have to go through such a tedious process upon arrival. Furthermore, the pool area was a mess—there were absolutely no seats available, and the water was visibly dirty. It was a very disappointing experience."
