"Great location !!! But the parking for hotel 170 for 2 days !!!! And you pay every time you leave . NO in and out parking. But everything else was GREAT !!!"

"Checking in was a little confusing as the line was across from the desk when you walk in it looked like I was next in line but there was actually a bunch of people waiting to check in. No one was in the area to direct us. The room was fine. However it was jus very noisy outside in the city construction could be heard all night long and could here the girls in the room next to us especially in the bathroom. Liked it was close to the theater and downtown Times Square. The hotel had 3 restaurants attached to it which was very convenient. "

"The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night. "

"Do NOT stay here. Every time I took the elevator I had to wait a very long time, literally up to 30 minutes. I had to plan my whole trip around allowing 20-30 extra minutes every time I needed to get into or out of my room. The towels in my room also smelled like cigarette smoke. "

"Beautiful room- front desk staff and the gentleman working the doors were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect spot right in Times Square with shows, shopping, and plenty of restaurants all within a very short walk. "
