This was my first time in New York and went with a couple friends. We all enjoyed the hotel very much. Very friendly customer service everywhere we went in the hotel. Rodrick the bartender was extremely nice and new how to make great drinks. The blankets and pillows were super soft. And this hotel is walking distance to so many things. We will definitely come back.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, especially being a in a major city. The hospitality from check in to check out was top tier. Staff is amazing and very helpful , the amenities are top tier , and the rooms were very elegant with a stunning view of Times Square. The Paradise Club, The Terrace, and Lobby Bar were all a very convenient plus and experience to add on to our stay . My only suggestion is to disclose ahead of time that the deposit will be $600 instead of the $120 I had been expecting prior to arriving. I already can’t wait to be back here as well as recommend to anyone visiting NYC.

I love the welcome we got arriving at the hotel. The doorman were fabulous and very helpful. We stayed at 4 hotels and this was the best one. The toom swrvice was fabulous,very friendly. Everyone was very helpful with our checking in, luggage to our room, making sure the setup was ok in the room and comfortable. The doorman when leaving the bext day went above and beyond helping us to our lyft car. He was fabulous. We want to come back it was great

Great location. Trendy spot with a busy bar at the evenings. The elevator access system to the hotel is quite anoying (you have to take 2 different elevators to get to the room).

Where do I even begin?! I absolutely LOVED my stay here, and whenever I'm back in the city, I will stay nowhere else. The Times Square Edition is the place to stay when in NYC. The property has excellent amenities and offers its guests 2 complimentary tickets to the MOMA and Soul Cycle as well as food and beverage credits during your stay. Every employee from the doormen to housekeeping were very pleasurable and has excellent customer service skills. If you are ever in New York, please do yourself a favor and stay here. If it's good enough for Bey, it's good enough for me!

Great location, staff was very friendly. Definitely more of an adult hotel which we liked. For being just off Times Square our room was actually pretty quiet. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had two connecting rooms, which was a great option for our family. The place was clean, the staff so friendly. No complaints other than I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but you do get what you pay for here!
