It was a very busy time, I got great service from the doorman/ the person who took my car key to valet parking. The worst part is it took them almost two hours to get my car back, and the front Dest does not answer your call when you want to talk to them, They are too busy they don't care about customer service.

Overall, lovely time. That said, the elevators and the undisclosed $20 limit VIP drink coupon were unpleasant experiences. Beyond that, we enjoyed our time there.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us, from arranging transport to help with any queries. My only issue was, there was no kettle in the room and when i asked if it was possible to get one, it was on a first come first serve basis and when there was one available i did receive it, but with no tea or coffee! When i called and asked if i can receive some coffee i was told they don't have coffee-just pods which can be used in a coffee machine-but there was none available! However, this does not affect my experience nor rating.
