« We had an enjoyable stay in Essex. The lake is lovely and we took advantage of getting out on and in the water. The house, which is updated, offers multiple spots to sit indoors or out to enjoy the view. Our group was all adults, but this house and property was well set up for families with young children. Downsides included WiFi issues to start, bedding issues, and an initial concern about an algae bloom in the lake which resolved itself after a day or two but would have been a major...

« Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. »
