"The property itself is nice, newly constructed, and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the lack of support when problems came up really impacted my stay. The oven stopped working and appeared to have a sensor issue. I reported it to the host, but no one came out to inspect it or even attempt to determine what was wrong. As a result, we were unable to use the oven for the entire 8-night stay. The Wi-Fi also stopped working properly two days before checkout, which added to the inconvenience.I...

Clean, quiet, with great service and free reserved parking!
Urban Atlas was a fantastic stay. The condo suite was spotless, modern, and peaceful despite its central location. We loved the private balcony and having a free reserved parking spot. Very convenient! The bed was super comfortable, Wi-Fi reliable, and the kitchen well-stocked. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided excellent, responsive service throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

The absolute best hotel I have ever been to and I have been to a lot, I can’t stop telling people how amazing the staff were and went way above and beyond to help especially the day I had was terrible, Rob was exceptional and was the best , he helped and fixed an error with Expedia and deserves something , also Allan, Jess helped us with check in and worked hard as well with Expedia error, kept checking to see we were good, on the kitchen for breakfast was Adora who was extremely helpful and...

Love that this hotel is attached to the airport so you don’t even have to go outside.
But you pay for that convenience as it’s very expensive (we were in the room for less than 8 hours)
