"This was the perfect house for a family to relax and have fun while just hanging out. Relax and float in the pool by day, then parents vs kids at pickleball and the pool table at night.Surrounded by awesome trails within a few miles to take in the beautiful desert landscapes and majestic Saguaro cacti. Take the time to walk the few miles from Pima Dynamite Trailhead to see the rare Crested Saguaro.Location is very quiet, it was a good 15 minutes to get to the grocery store but not a big deal when you see the stars at night.Plenty of room and everything you needed was available. "The pictures do not do the property justice regarding how spacious and impressive the house really is. It was the perfect layout for our corporate retreat. We converted the main living & dining area into a space where we could hold business meetings and used Airplay to project our presentations onto the TV (see photo). The rest of the house offered lots of space for individual privacy and also plenty to do during meeting down times. Property managers were very professional, extremely responsive to any queries and resolved any maintenance issues (only a few minor things) immediately. Highly recommend and will rent again."

"This place was everything. You don't need anything. Just make sure you make all the necessary stops before you get there. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, it was spacious. It had absolutely everything we needed. Everybody was happy and didn't want to go home."

"This house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The rooms are all huge, and the attached casita was so nice to have. Loved having so many bathrooms! We had a group of four adults and three teenagers, and we felt like we all had plenty of space of our own. This was one of the nicest and cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The laundry room was super nice and spacious as well, they even included laundry pods for our use. They have several board and card games that we enjoyed nightly with our teenagers. The pool table room was nice; but if it were my place, I’d take that out and put a bed in there for another room. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/ cups/etc for cooking full meals needed. The coffee pod machine was fine, and it was helpful to have provided coffee pods and sugar there. There are several hiking and biking trails nearby. The only downsides to this property are 1-it’s super far from Scottsdale shopping, 20 minute drive each way. 2-the kitchen doesn’t have any thing left from prior renters, such as spices, oils, etc that most rentals have—like absolutely nothing but salt and pepper; so be prepared to shop for ALL needed ingredients beforehand. "

"This property has become known to us as "The Ranch." My folks will celebrate 67 years of marriage this year. They have had the pure and repeated pleasure of staying at Steve and Robin's place several times over the last 5 years during the early to mid-spring season...Nothing compares to the view of the mountains across the desert...watching the sun come up and the moon cycle through in its place. As the property is 2 miles back a dirt road from the main road, the setting is QUIET and lovely. This two-bedroom, one bath unit has everything you need, with a beautiful outdoor sitting area under cover with grill. The swimming pool and surrounds are shared with the owners, their family, (we had the pool to ourselves nearly the entire time except on the weekend), and their three small dogs, who will visit and bring the ball to play...or, will be kept close to home if renters are not dog enthusiasts like we are. The indoor and outdoor spaces were just right to share with local family who came over to share a swim, visit, and share a meal together. Steve provided a stepping stool with a built-in cane for my father to safely get into and out of bed. You will not find kinder, more hospitable hosts. We have already booked two weeks for next spring. Thank-you, Steve and Robin for another wonderful stay!!"

"Great house in a wonderful and quiet location near paths through the desert. So many sitting options on the patio. Corn hole was so fun as was floating around in the pool. Sadly, the hot tub did not work but they tried to fix it. Comfortable beds and a very spacious home. Highly recommend."

"The property was just as advertised which was a relief. Many times the pictures make the properties much better looking but in this case they were very accurate. We had 15 of my family members stay comfortably in the house. The check in process was very easy and Karl went above and beyond in helping us out. I really appreciated that!"
