Upon check-in, staff said that coffee, which I value a lot, was available 24/7, and he pointed to the area that had the coffee urns, cups, etc. We paid extra in mandatory fees for this service. We had to leave very early the following morning for a flight, but there were no cups and the coffee was cold. I asked management, when I made the reservation, for some granola bars or something since we would miss their breakfast, but nothing was “in the notes” for us to receive them, so staff would not honor my request. The room was nice; quiet and clean. The hotel is in a good location, and there is lots of parking.

The property was in a good location for us. It was quite new, but was lacking in housekeeping. Our rooms were left to be desired after the cleans. They missed a day it needed cleaning. One time there was toilet cleaner left unwioed on toilet. The food was good. We enjoyed it every morning. We really missed not having a hot tub. And, lots of noise around from building and blower! Most staff was friendly.

Everything about this hotel is great except the housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights and couldn't get a proper room cleaning. No clean sheets, ran out of towels and toilet paper, asked front desk 3 times and had go really complain before they would ensure our room was cleaned.

In an area with parking lots all around it, it seems odd to charge for parking. That said, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and all loved my dog. It's a wonderful pet friendly hotel.
