The beds weren't the most comfortable, definitely wake up with a stiff back and lighting in rooms is poor for working and reading. The dining options at hotel need to be expanded; the menus very limited in choices. Having a better restaurant would bring in revenue for hotel as restaurants in area aren't within walking distance. Far and above, your staff is outstanding. One other item would be earlier check-in times......travelers from United States tend to arrive in the morning due to overnight flights. Sitting in a lobby for hours when even cafe's are closed was brutal.

The accommodation was clean, but was advertised as having a bar and restaurant, but there was only a cafe selling small toast based foods and coffee which I believe is false advertising. I stayed in the 2 bedroom appt with balcony but the bedrooms were disproportionally small with only double beds. Staff were friendly and eager to please, probably wouldnt stay here again.
