"The building is dated and looks very different in person compared to the photos. We booked a suite and were disappointed with the condition of the room/furniture. The halls (walls, carpet, baseboards, and elevators) were in rough condition. There was remodeling going on during our stay so perhaps it will be improved but I wouldn't give it another chance unless I toured before booking. "

"The free breakfest is not a continental bf, coffe fruit and store muffins. The free parking is free if ya park outside only, the gated parking is charged, thought it was included ended up paying 30 for two nights parking....next time park outside gate."

"The room was clean, as well as the property and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Nothing fancy..but it was hot, fully stocked and delicious! The air conditioner in the room also worked well, which we greatly appreciated. It was about a 20min, easy, walk to Disneyland and with and all the amenities it was perfect! Great price as well. 10/10 recommended!"

"The floors were disgusting , filthy dirty. My poor grandchild’s feet were black from the floor. Management didn’t have their facts together because on the phone 1 girl was truly nice meeting our needs then later when I called again got a different employee and told me that none of what someone else said was true, talked to a third person a man and it changed again. It seemed like they were making up policy to only meet their needs. Very frustrating. Will not stay there again! My daughter’s room wasn’t even clean and it was after 5 pm. She checked in, got her room key and walked into bed not even made, nothing had been cleaned! We had a joining room to help her with her child and she had to move 4 rooms down. It was just frustrating experience. "
