"The pool and splash pad were great, the walk to Disneyland was further than we liked so we only did that one day then drive to the parks the other days."

"The place is old and has a bit of wear and tear, but its clean, the rooms are big, and the staff is super helpful. Its located a stones throw from disney and the convention centre, and for the price its worth taking the free shuttle in and save a few hundred in hotel costs.. We went there for ff14 fanfest and had a wonderful time. The only downside was the breakfast was very poor. Just toast and eggs, HOWEVER its across the road from a large selection of breakfast resturants so we never felt we were missing out. The late night gift shop was a lifesaver, and sold anything you could need medications wise, or if you forgot anything. All in all, would stay again!"

"The floors were disgusting , filthy dirty. My poor grandchild’s feet were black from the floor. Management didn’t have their facts together because on the phone 1 girl was truly nice meeting our needs then later when I called again got a different employee and told me that none of what someone else said was true, talked to a third person a man and it changed again. It seemed like they were making up policy to only meet their needs. Very frustrating. Will not stay there again! My daughter’s room wasn’t even clean and it was after 5 pm. She checked in, got her room key and walked into bed not even made, nothing had been cleaned! We had a joining room to help her with her child and she had to move 4 rooms down. It was just frustrating experience. "

"The window above the shower was opened and we didn’t notice for a few hours after we got there and people had used the restroom. That made us very uncomfortable. The beds are small. They aren’t queen size at all they are full. So fitting a family of 5 was very rough. It’s good enough if you just need somewhere to sleep when going to the parks. Breakfast was ok. "

"The stay was good but we were a party of 8 with 3 rooms. I am the one that suggested your facility as I stayed there before and it was perfect. I felt bad when I was told some of my family’s rooms had very poor water pressure and the air did not work. "
