The property was clean, neat and convenient. It had most basics you might need already there too, though we bought/brought most of our own things. Price was fantastic for what you get. Our biggest concern was the dog (next door) that barked all night long for 2 of our 3 nights. MANY did not sleep, which is not ideal when you are spending long days at the Amusement Parks. The property is good value for money and found the host/rental process very easy. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room. It could easily house two to three families. Though the furniture and appliances are a bit on the older side, we found things to be in good condition and working. The beds were comfortable, too. The house was cleaned to a very good standard. We sat out one evening for fireworks and the yards are nice! We did not use the hot tub, but it seemed clean and operational. I don’t think you’d want to walk to Disneyland from the property, but Uber/Lyft was quick and easy, although the two trips daily for 6 of us was about the same as self-park (though way more convenient). ##### Kimberly E. It’s a big house with plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed (3 kids mom dad and both sets of grandparents. It was super helpful having 3 bathrooms to get ready in the mornings and the kids loved the kid (bunk bed room). We were minutes from the park(we did have rental cars and parked on property each day as it was to far for us to walk after full park days. Communication was quick and easy with our host. Overall we would totally stay here again for a Disney trip! ##### Megan C. Beds comfy, lots of supplies in the house, nice furniture, great location. The one complaint would be the bathrooms. They need a good clean and a bit of maintenance.
