The house was adequate for our family, though nothing fancy. There are some needed updates, but overall it was good and we would recommend. There was more than enough room for all of us and there was a crib for our daughter who just turned one year old. We had two cars which easily fit in the driveway. The property was clean, neat and convenient. It had most basics you might need already there too, though we bought/brought most of our own things. Price was fantastic for what you get.
