It’s a big house with plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed (3 kids mom dad and both sets of grandparents. It was super helpful having 3 bathrooms to get ready in the mornings and the kids loved the kid (bunk bed room). We were minutes from the park(we did have rental cars and parked on property each day as it was to far for us to walk after full park days. Communication was quick and easy with our host. It is a quick drive to the parking structure, but not walkable for our party. The yard is immaculate and the inside was clean and well maintained. It is a bit older but in good shape. Beds comfy, lots of supplies in the house, nice furniture, great location. The one complaint would be the bathrooms. We were 3 adults and 3 kids....each adult had their own bedroom and large room with 3 sets of bunk beds for kids. Hot tub was great. Lots of parking. Vincent was a wonderful communicator and was available at all times for us. The check in process was easy and the property was incredibly clean. There was plenty of room to enjoy time with family, and also have your own space. This is a perfect rental option for a Disney vacation or beach vacation. It also has plenty of beds to cover all your family and/or friends!! There is a jacuzzi in the back yard that is a perfect way to relax after a long day at Disneyland!!
