The owner was very easy to reach and kindly accommodated our special requests. The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the walkable proximity to the parks. Jan 1, 2024 Liked: Communication #### Good location but needs some TLC The property is close to Disney and has 3 rooms to spread out. This property is older and it shows. The outside is a bit sketchy but this condo itself was decent. There have been some upgrades made in the master bathroom. The bunk bedroom is a bit dingy. You can tell that lots of kids have stayed in that room. We were woken up one morning with people yelling at each other in front of the apartment. And one night at about 2:00am, people next door decided to crank up the music, waking all of us up. Overall, it was a decent place and we were all comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the base essentials that we needed. Communication with our host was easy. The parking is not ideal. There is a bit of a trek from the parking space to the condo with your stuff. While the rooms are definitely adequate for sleeping and having your own space, the kids room could use a freshening up. The walls were a little dirty and dingy. The master bathroom is beautiful, you can tell it’s been remodeled recently. The towel bar in the hallway bathroom was coming out of the wall. That’s just from kids yanking on it. I let the host know we found it like that. Having a washer/dryer in the condo that is available for use is a huge space saver when you are packing. The condo was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. Everything was clean and well maintained. We appreciate the extra box fans, laundry soap, and pantry items. Beds were super soft and comfortable , it was nice to have that after a long day at the park. You can't beat the location and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. The complex is older but the unit is remodeled and had everything we needed for a comfortable home base.
