We were sharing our room with our son,girlfriend and her younger brother for the weekend at Disney.My son arrived and checked in.The sheets were dirty and there were some sort of stains on the couch. He went to complain and ask for a different room and the clerk was rude.The clerk offered another room but it was in the same condition as the first. As my son was walking back to the front desk, he noticed another guest with a syringe/ needle in her hand. He seemed to know about the condition of the room but told my son we were going to be charged for one night since it was pass the cancel time.We ended up finding another location.

This was awful! If you are a drug addict, this is the place to be. Holes in walls, carpet was filthy, does not look like the photos, very deceiving. Drawers were broken and the bathroom was disgusting! The office staff was nice, but over all...not families with kids and single women!

STOP! Physical inspection is necessary, before booking, if you are smart. They don't give refunds and you will want one. The pictures on the website are outdated. There was a huge 2inch cockroach on my wall when I got there and many littles ones during my stay. No phone, clock, only miniature trash bins. They don't come and clean your room you have to request it that morning. Mildew in the shower, in the pool, in the corners of walls. It's infested with cockroaches and it takes them hours to come out and spray. My son walked around barefoot on the floor and his feet were dirtier than if he had walked outside with no shoes. The bed sheets had stains and smelled awful. The room smelled dirty and disgusting when we first walked in. The manager's office wants you to go down to the laundry room to get your own laundry they don't bring it to your room, nor do they take your trash out of your room each morning. Housekeeping gets upset if you use their towels to clean the floor and do not understand that if the floors were already clean you wouldn't have to use their towels. The office was nice enough to upgrade to a two bed instead of a one bed but this did no good because the room was still dirty and nasty it smelled like they just sprayed fabuloso in the room and did not clean anything. If you get a room with a couch it will be dirty, the bathroom vanity will be broken, the towels that you use for your body will be full of other people's hair or will have dead roaches on them.

Our room needed a lot of maintenance, the toilet holder was broken, the vanity was falling apart, the floating shelves was hanging on for dear life. This had not been remodeled, the coach was old and dirty. Over all dirty and cheap.

I wish I would have checked the google reviews in addition to the Expedia reviews. The Expedia reviews were great, however the google reviews and months worth of negative comments. All of which previous customers were having the same issues as me. When we got there, the area is extremely unsafe. They say their office is closed and you have to speak through a drive thru window after 5pm but I had two separate incidents where the office was closed way earlier than that. The room wasn’t the greatest but it was decent. There was no hot water. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was told to “let it warm up for 10-15 minutes.” After having to go to the office regarding the hot water two more times, they told me only a downstairs room was available then gave me a room upstairs. This room was even better! But then I realized the door didn’t lock and the dead bolt was completely missing! They knew I was staying alone with my two young child’s. There was only two towels for 4 people. Oh, and a coffee pot with no coffee and no coffee at the office. I called them to ask about the lock and they said they’d fix it in the morning.. there was a domestic violence situation in the lot that evening and they never came up or even inquired about it. I reached out to Expedia and they denied my refund request because they could not contact the vendor within 72 hours. I am beyond upset and disappointed and will not be using Expedia again OR rental from this hotel again.

There was multiple blood stains on mattresses and walls. Stains included around the walls, bedsheets, and ceiling. Next, there were multiple cockroaches crawling all over the floor. The A/C was broken, TV was broken, and microwave was broken too. The bathtub was loose with black mold everywhere.

DO NOT GO OFF IF THE PICTURES!!! I was in a hurry and saw the pictures looked nice, didn't read the reviews and man did I learn my lesson! Place looks like crap! NOTHING like the pictures! The towels ALL had stains and were thin and cheap. The toilet paper was probably like1 ply four pack from 99 cent store.The only thing that was decent was the pool. I DO NOT recommend. I think this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

This has been the WORST stay I have ever had. The actual property is nothing like the pictures advertised. We were greeted by a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The sofa had staines everywhere, the AC did not work properly, the bathroom was dirty as well. There was a couple next door arguing and loudly fighting next door. But the worst part of it was, sitting on the sofa and finding used condoms!!! So NOT stay here.

We stayed one night, but would’ve preferred to stay elsewhere considering the conditions of the room. The door has ripped paint, there were cobwebs and a spider in the bathroom, the towels had stains on them, the toilet seat was broken and there was no shower head on the shower. Thankfully no bed bugs (that we could see) but sheets were very scratchy. When we moved the couch, there was also a ton of trash underneath it from previous tenants. Don’t recommend this place at all
