The property itself and the room looks nice and is well maintained for the most part. When we got there our TV did not have signal and it took a very long time to get someone to fix the issue. The second day I had to work and did so remotely from my room and the thermostat kept resetting the room temperature to 80 degrees and above and I could not reach anyone over the phone all day. I was told via text, hours later, and I quote "Goodness, my apologies, our line is busy with calls, let me send maintenance!!!!" and shortly thereafter maintenance came and confirmed thermostat is broken and manually set room to pur desired temperature. In the meantime I was in 80-83 degrees in my room for almost 12 hours. I like the pool area, but the pool and jacuzzidefinitely

We did not have good experience, midnight at 1.43 AM got call from reception that some one is dashing door and making noise in our room . However We all were sleeping and the reception person disturbed us multiple times . They should have checked on the floor . But rather they were just calling us randomly in the mid night . I don't appreciate it . We did not like it at all . Please improve your services

The desk staff was really friendly, but not always present. I had to go behind the desk to the office once for help. There were issues one night of not having enough parking spaces, so guests had to double park. Pool is great, beds super comfortable. No restaurant or bar, but plenty down the street s few blocks. East walking snd well lit. Great location.
