We needed four rooms, and this home had enough sleeping space for our group. The beds were comfortable - after long days at the park we slept well in the quiet neighborhood. The living and dining areas are cozy (the counter is the dining table). Communication was clear and effective with great directions on getting into the home. The photos in the ad are a little dated, as there are no more trees in the back yard and the BBQ needs a deep cleaning.
