The house was clean with plenty of towels and dishes for our stay. One of the fan units in a bedroom did not work. There were ants in one of the bedroom closets. The timers in the lights in the master bedroom are a bit short, I took multiple showers in the dark as the lights turned off after five minutes. The thermostat is a Nest with motion control. Once you go to bed the thermostat resets to the high 70’s which is a bit uncomfortable. We would go to bed with blankets and had thrown them off and be sweating by morning. The property owner did reset the thermostat while we were there, but the motion sensor kept turning the a/c up. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The property was about 3 miles away from the park and it was easy to go back and forth. Its tucked in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood but so close to everything you could want to do while visiting. Easy to get to shops nearby too. The beds were quite comfortable and the space was great to hanging out in. Our host Phong was pretty good about working with us to alter our accomidations when we needed as well.
