"Nathan, the host, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The house was clean, the rooms were great, and the kitchen was fully stocked with the tools for cooking breakfast. The seating areas in the backyard patio and on the front porch were well used and made the mornings quite nice."

"This was a lovely property! We had such a relaxing stay--so much better than booking a hotel! The host was immediate with communication & was extremely accommodating & pleasant. The house was impeccable, linens & towels were fresh, white & clean with plenty provided. Comfortable beds. Everything functional--nice cold air conditioning & hot showers. A large, private & beautiful patio with seating areas. Safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. I hope to visit again!"

"What a great place to stay in LA! The location was perfect for my family - close to the airport and to Venice and Santa Monica. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The soap and shampoo were the best I have ever used! The beds were super comfortable. The rooftop had exquisite views, especially at night. I had some special requests before our stay and they were very helpful to meet our needs."

"4 adults stayed in the unit, which was clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, a good rental, but we ran out of TP 2nd day, and our request for more was not answered until we were leaving. There should have been at least 1 spare roll in each bathroom. Also the coffee pot was very small, so we needed to make multiple pots each morning."

"The location is fantastic. Located less than 30 minutes from everything, most attractions are even closer. Photos are exactly what you get, however it is one large room with bed, couch and small kitchen. It does have a restroom and shower separate. It is a garage conversion not a house, setup like a studio apartment, I guess. Don't get me wrong when we arrived, I was a little disappointed because it wasn't a full house, but it was clean, everything worked and it was comfortable for me, my wife...

"Stayed here for a special event at Disneyland. House fit our needs. Pool and spa were great to have available after a few Run Disney race events! Host communicated well and we had no issues. "
