House is not new and a bit of a quirky layout but it was very clean, very comfortable, has tons of space and everything we needed. Loved spending time in the hot tub, lots of room to spread out and a very convenient place to stay with a baby. The walk to the parks is far, but this is my own fault for not looking into it further. It’s walkable, but far and Ball Road not my favorite street to stroll on. Uber is great but with a baby it’s complicated.
