Outstanding apartment with luxurious furnishings and amenities. Wonderful and helpful , friendly staff with staffed reception area. Superb location. Close (3 mins) to st marks square, major attractions, restaurants and shopping. A real gem.

This property was amazing. Staff were so welcoming but our room had some problems. 1.A/C was not working properly 2. The shower water was stuck and we had to wait for it to get clean 3. There was a towel robe that wasn’t clean at all.

Very clean room. The air purifier is a nice added addition. Comfortable bed. Amazing staff. The gentleman helped us book a private transfer to the airport as our flight was very early in the morning before public transport was available. He made sure we know our way to the port and got it all organized for us.

Best hotel ever! The staff were amazing, friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. The food was excellent and the room was very clean. We really didn't want to leave!

We actually stayed in an apartment attached to this boutique hotel. The apartment was spacious, and modern with high end showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location, close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, a wonderful little community with a fabulous bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stand. There was even an evening of tango in community square as well as a gondola station. It was a perfect stay!!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious for the area. A small kitchen but, it has everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. There's a grocery store close by and lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Our only issue with Venice was getting to the hotel. It was our first time visiting Venice. We picked a random water taxi service outside the train station. Gave them the address of the hotel. Where they let us off was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Walking...

The place was quiet and very clean. I wish I can stay here longer next time :) Especially Noel helped us a lot with what to do and accommodated all our requests.

This hotel was the first we stayed at for our Europe trip and was the best we stayed at. The bed by far the best part with it being very comfortable. The room was a perfect space for me and my husband. It was such a cute room. The bathroom was not too crammed either. Alittle tight I’d two people are getting ready at the same time but more than enough space in the room overall it was never an issue. Hearing guests in the hallway was a tad noisy but never woke up through the night nor had trouble...

The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,

It would be near impossible to get a better location right off San Marco square with incredible views. Our suite was the perfect size for our family of four with ample room for everyone to have their own quarters/space. Would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel was perfect to stay at when visiting Venice. They will shuttle you via the hotel van to the local train station. There is a train to Venice every 40 min. Fast train is 3 stops and you are there. Its also an easy return. Call them when you get on the train and they have the van there to pick you up. You can buy the tickets for the train at the hotel.
