Staff was helpful especially Intan and Dewi who went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. Always with a smile, they explained every concern and question and even the customs of the Balinese.

Superb stay We had a wonderful stay at Bali Beach Hotel. Of particular note was the yoga instructor, Oka. He really treated us with a personal touch. Very kind and caring. From bicycle rentals to available sun loungers, this hotel has it all. Amazing breakfast!

We loved the fact that the chef was able to accommodate my preference of vegan diet and made excellent dishes full of flavour for me.

Excellent Hotel to stay in Sunur. Clean - peaceful area of Bali and the hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff, very affordable restaurants and great Happy Hour with live music. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, very close to the airport and central

We spent 2 nights here as part of a whirlwind trip around Bali for our honeymoon. BY FAR, this was the best place we stayed. We were greeted graciously by several staff and offered a delicious welcome drink and refreshing cool towel. Our room was not yet ready so they gave us a voucher for a drink at the beach bar (incredible drinks btw... try the Pina Colada served in a hollowed out Pineapple). Good stay at the Novotel airport hotel. Hotel is easy to access and perfect for a quick stay either for early flight or between transfers to Bali area trips. Would stay here again.

Excellent property. Well maintained and spectacular. Nice safe location. Breakfast selection was the best I have ever seen.

Overall it was just a lovely property..,,, beautiful grounds, a lovely staff, great food….. we only ended up here as our trip to Borneo to go orangutan hunting was c as necked do we decided on have tomorrow at 7 am and we wanted to stay close by!!😂😂

We stayed in a bungalow near the pools and beach. It was fab! Clean, great air con and big bed. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT! The best part was the beach. It’s the only beach within a long walk either way that doesn’t have ANY boats parked. Perfect calm water and sugar sand. They offer complimentary bikes (get them early!) to ride along the boardwalk. Walk left for 300m and you’ll find a lovely pocket of warungs on the beach with excellent cheap food and beers! Two pools which were lovely...

Had a great stay. Good value. The place was beautiful and clean. Great pool and breakfast. The staff are the best. Very helpful, friendly and always go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
