The Inn is right on the beach, which has a gorgeous walkway. The room was perfect and loved the patio to the beach. The parking is a little bit tight but doable check in process with seamless and easy.

Overall nice place. Three coffee pods per day so bring your own pods. Good parking.nice beach access. Note office is a little bit of a drive. Very nice front porch.

What a charming place ! Very clean & well kept. We had a very comfortable room. Appreciated the amenities provided in the room with the mini kitchen & utensils. Beautiful view of the beach & ocean. Parking is limited but there is street parking available. We will definitely come back here.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Kitchenette was well stocked. Offsite check in was a little inconvenient but not too far from hotel.

Thank you for the review. We understand that checking in at another property is not convent. We are working toward keyless entry. As this will eliminate the need to come to different property to pick up keys.

We are sorry to hear you did not receive any housekeeping during your stay. If you have your do not disturbed on the door, then housekeeping cannot enter. we only have housekeeper for a few hours a day so If you wait till afternoon or later to take you do not disturb sign off then you will not receive any housekeeping as our housekeepers are usually done between 1-3pm.

The cleaning staff personnel used old/soiled mop heads when cleaning the room -- making the space smell incredibly strongly of wet/dirty dog. We had to have the windows open wide and the heat cranked to stand being in the space, and even then it was not much improved. We ended up spending as little time in the room as possible, which was a shame. Please encourage cleaning staff to change out mop heads.

There is no staff on duty. You have to drive to another property to check in and get your keys. No ice machine, if there is, there was no visible signage to show us where. The walls are super thin. Could hear neighbors snoring n talking.

I am sorry you that you were satisfied with staying with us. I will see about getting a sign to direct guest to Ice machine. We are working on getting new door locks that are code type, so guest will not have to come to our sister property to pick up keys. We can't really do anything about the walls being thin. I do hope you will come back back again in the future.

This is a nice hotel on the Promenade which is a great asset. It’s an older hotel with some remodeling done.

Clean Inn with a great view.
This is a great place to stay next to the ocean. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. You can see the ocean from the room. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and wet bar. It is a little difficult to regulate temperature, but nothing that would keep us from staying again.

Beautiful beach right out the door. There’s little here that is walkable but the beach is fantastic. It is a bit inconvenient to have to go to a completely different place to pick up the key but the space inside was nice. Entrances are all motel-like facing the parking lot. There’s no central space which is fine. There’s no Front Desk.
