« I do not know where to start. The hosts were extra amazingly communicative, very kind, considerate, and more than accommodating. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends, Brandon and Kat assured the kids had new games and everything was perfect and ready for us upon arrival. The pool was immaculately clean and professionally maintained during our stay. There were more than enough blankets, towels (shower and pool), and household supplies to handle whatever need we had....

« The property needs some care. The yard had trash on the ground. Inside walls and cabinets needed paint. »

« We stayed 14 days and had great communication from the host throughout. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment, pantry staples, linens and towels. Sleep number beds were especially comfortable. Pool was heated even in the colder days. Nice grill with provided propane and grill tools. »

« Host was great, very accommodating to our needs. The place had everything we needed. The place has a little bit of everything, canal in the back for fishing or canoes, pool and hot tub, grill, privacy, well taken care of, a perfect little set up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great to take a walk. enjoyed sitting on the front patio too. A quick drive down to the beach, shops and places to eat. Great spot!!! »

« We had an excellent vacation thanks to Gabby and Mario, the property owners. This studio apartment is conveniently located and it was immaculate. We were very happy with everything. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker, so Gabby went out and bought us a French press along with a bag of coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place. »

« The kitchen had everything we needed. Our grandkids LOVED the pool and the fact that we could put up a gate around it was such a comfort since we also had a one year old toddling around and didn’t have to worry about him falling in. They had everything we needed for our beach day. We will be back! »

« Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. »
