"Beautiful accommodations and absolutely loved the fact that our room was equipped with a full refrigerator and microwave. Hotel was in walking distance of Publix grocery store, Walgreens and smoke shop. Jellyfish museum is right across the street, a definite must see!! Oh don’t let me forgot to mention the outdoor pool, hot tub and gym. Only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t that hot."

"The timeshare sell job is too aggressive. This should be disclosed when booking. They automatically charge your credit card US$50 and the only way to get the charge removed is to attend their 90 minute high pressure dog and pony show. Also they charge US$20 per day for parking which is ridiculous."

"The website was a lot nicer than actually in person - The Lobby, pool area, bar area was great - rooms not so much. The rooms were very dirty and I felt gross even showering. The tub leaked on the floor, the water was cold, and literally, you had black feet from walking on the floors. The blinds were broken and kept falling down, the elevator was gross. The need to fix the place up!"

"First day when I arrived at the property, even although Expedia gave me a document stating how much I was meant to pay the property, I had to pay them more than what was on the Expedia paperwork. Based on the Expedia ad, I thought the hotel was on the beach, but there are two sides to the hotel, which is not mention in the ad, the east side, which where you check in also on the Beach side, and the west side, which is on the opposite side of the street. I was given a room on the west side which meant I had to take my bags back to my car and go over to the other side of the road, not something you want to do after a 4 hour drive. Then I got to my room. I saw the couch and what looked like a wardrobe but I couldn’t see a bed. Upon calling reception, I was told that the bed had to be pulled down from what it looked like the wardrobe doors. Again, not something you want to be doing after a long trip. Also, the cabinet that houses the wardrobe and drawers in my room was broken, the bed head was broken, there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. I’m not sure from the previous guest or where it was from. The shower didn’t work properly the first time I used it it was extremely hot, scalding. The other times it was cold. When I was checking out, it seems one of the guest checking in hard a worse experience that me because he was demanding his money back, and he was moving to another hotel. Such a pity the area seems nice, but I’m sorry I wouldn’t be staying here again. "

"You do get what you pay for. No hot water after asking 3 different times for the issue to be addressed. No towels - took 2 trips to the office just to get that. Even the remote for thr tv was missing... In short, if a person has ANY other option, dont stay here. "

"The staff was so nice, and everything felt modern and clean. Our room was the same, spacious and updated. The pool was well taken care of and the man running all the towels was especially helpful, and so friendly. I can tell all the staff really care about the work being done. Thank you for an amazing experience!"
