#### Perfect Vacation

My family and I stayed for a warm vacation and we were not disappointed. A beautiful home that was very clean when we arrived. Having the pool right off of the house was ideal and having the use of the dock as well was an added plus. We utilized the outdoor kitchen area for meals and it was perfect. I cant say enough about the little touches and the ease of communication with Martin. We all want to return next year!

#### Guys weekend away

There were 4 of us that wanted to get out of the gray & cold and head to S.Fla. for a few days. Your place was amazing. The open floor plan & sleeping arrangements were perfect. The kitchen was amazing, we used the out door grill as well. The big TV with sectional was a great spot to hang out. We would recommend

Canal front, pool, outdoor kitchen and 5 minutes from the beach. What more could you ask for. Easy in and out and great communication and check-ins during our stay with the property manager. Great for kids and plenty of open space. Next time in Lauderdale, same place!

#### Wonderful rental home (Exceeds expectations!)

We have spent 4 nights in this impressive house which is super well equipped. There was no occasion to miss anything, because the home owner has thought of almost everything. We absolutely can recommend to rent it as it feels like a real home the first moment you arrive there. Great communication and pleasant welcome message included.

We drive over to Ft. Lauderdale for the Taylor Swift concert. We had an amazing time at the house and we enjoyed Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea. The house was beautiful and so clean as well as comfortable!! Everything was great!!!

#### My first visit to Florida

This property was beautiful! It includes everything you could possibly need. The fenced side yard with slides and swings was a perfect little escape for my grandbabies. The open floor plan of the house gave us so much space, yet we were still all together. All of the beds are very comfortable. The outside pool, patio, and bbq area couldn't be any better! There is nothing about this property that makes you want to look for another, make this one your vacation spot. The owner responded immediately any time I had a question. His property manager was one of the kindest people we have ever met. Their cleaning staff were also really kind and sweet!!

#### Perfect for our family!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for all of our family ages two through 70! It was a wonderful layout of the house as well as the pool. We used the dock for our 32’ boat and it was great! There were wonderful things for children in terms of toys and games! It was set up just like they say in the advertisement. The grill was perfect for our needs! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!

The one area of concern was a safety issue. Being a senior citizen I am aware of possible dangers. There wasn't any railing to assist in entering and exiting the swimming pool.

We had an amazing time and loved the property. While there we enjoyed the pool, outdoor grill and everything about the house. It was perfect for 2 couples and 4 teens. The house had everything we needed for cooking dinners and relaxing. While there we drive into Miami for a Marlins game and enjoyed Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It was a great trip.

The home is very pretty, relaxing and comfortable. We didn’t cook anything as we were staying in Florida for a family event, but the kitchen is beautiful. The outside patio was very tranquil with views of the canal. We would definitely stay here again!

#### Great family vacation

Spent a week at martin's place and everything was amazing and easy. The place is located in a nice neighborhood by the water and 15 minutes jog from the beach. Very modern and clean and Martin was always super available. Pool has warm water which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Martin !

#### Perfect for family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was something for everyone. We just we had more time to enjoy the pool and beach but the rainy weather had us inside. However we did enjoy the pool table, darts, games for the kids and big tv for the big kids. The moms all loved the kitchen and wished we could have entertained more. We are already thinking about rebooking for the holidays.
