The office hours stare 7 AM - 6 PM. But they are only there from 9:30 AM - 5 PM. They are never reachable or return calls/emails. We never once had the “maintenance/housekeeping” guy come to our room to replenish towels or anything. In the middle of the night, an former tenant who was evicted was banging on our door at midnight. He begged us to let him in for a phone charger, when we said no and closed the door, he stood outside for 20 mins talking on the phone, I was terrified. The next day he got arrested outside our door. There is absolutely no noise control so you can hear every little thing from inside your room. The staff sat outside our room in the porch area for hours with the fan on, making an extremely loud and annoying “ting” noise. Will not be staying here again.

This hotel is super close to the beach. I recommed the villas with full kitchen.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel grounds were unkept. The room was old and in need of updating and a lot of repairs. For example, the refrigerator shelf was held up by twisty ties and sponge paint brushes. The stove looked like something out of the 50’s. We had no hot water. It was not well insulated and therefore very noisy at night.

We arrived pretty late due to flight condition. Communication with front desk staff was very convenient even though it would be closed before I got there. Very clean cute place with nice walkway to Broadwalk. I will stay here again
