"First of all, this resort had the most helpful, engaging and friendly staff of any place I have ever stayed, A++. My only slight concerns: -The procedure of having to wear a wrist band. Didn’t enjoy it and there has to be a better way of identifying guests at the pool/beach. -No microwave in the room -Valet parking price is excessive ($75 + tax daily) -The process of the Bell Attendant was a little shaky. You are not allowed to use a luggage carrier, so you have to go through them and it took too long for it to make it to our room. But overall, a wonderful experience. Our room was fantastic and the restaurants (while a bit overpriced) had some of the tastiest food in town! I still highly recommend this resort but budget in the parking and constant tipping."
