I wish this wasnt the case because we booked it for our production team and they had to leave and find a place after a very long day. But the staff was immediate and offered a refund. "Older hotel. Good staff. Good area. Lots of things to do in the area. Older A/C the type that sticks into the room at floor level and is kind of loud when it’s running. It did a good job of cooking the room after you get over the noise "

"The room looked clean. The staff friendly. Didn’t have time to use the pool. A couple of places to eat walking distance but limited selection. Location was good. Minutes from train station. The bath filled up with water that would not drain. Mention to reception but did nothing. Microwave was not opening so had to eat my food cold. The mattress needs replacing was sinking in certain places. The pillows were great. Left room key & parking cards but they said may take $10 off deposit if not returned. Would not come back here again."
