What an ADORABLE beachfront property! I can't really call it a hotel, it's more of a motel -- IT AIN'T THE RITZ CARLTON, HAHAHA! The rooms are modest! Bathroom is tiny, however I was able to lay out my makeup on the table near the kitchenette. The tiki bar has a very good (limited) menu and WOW, it's a hot spot. Lots of peeps come to eat and drink and take in the ocean view. (Only beer & wine, no liquor.) I highly recommend it for a low key getaway.

Excellent location close to airport and excellent staff. Shower curtain seemed not to prevent water splashing into bathroom floor however. Nice kitchen set.

Front staff was very bland and didn’t contact us when our room was ready like they said they would. We received zero info about what to expect when we were there (for example info on cleaning, check out info, hours on food which was not what the sign said) I’d give them a 5/10. Cleaning staff was friendly & very helpful! I’d give them 10/10. I’d give the scenery & convenience of the broadwalk 10/10. Beers & wine 10/10 No liquor, wine based cocktails only. The kitchen was GREAT! Bedding & comfort was good too! It’s an older building but it was PERFECT for what we wanted! Parking was okay too since they had overflow parking a block away!

IT WAS CLEAN but the rooms were very outdated and the beds were not comfortable. But we were only there one night before getting on a cruise. The live music in the bar area was nice. I could sit outside my room to listen to music, people watch, view the ocean. People were smoking in the outdoor bar area and it was hard to get away from.

Very nice staff/hostess and hotel had tiki bar with live music everyday. Hard tile floors nice for being right next to beach, nice shower. Area is walkable to boardwalk and right in front of the beach. Quiet at night, place to sit outside that feels safe with a lot of couples and families staying. Would stay again!
