The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. The whole package is excellent. Communication with the owner very good from beginning to end with clear information about arrival and the facilities. Any questions we had answered fully and it enhanced our stay. It was a real home from home which enabled us to enjoy our holiday in Fort Lauderdale even more. The location has everything you could want. Lovely to stroll out to Victoria park and all its tranquillity and facilities. Within a 10 min walk there were lots of places to eat and drink plus easy access by car to the rest of Fort Lauderdale and surrounding area.
