Beautiful home and pool.

We would definitely stay here again. The home had everything we needed. The pool is very clean and the jacuzzi was easy to use. Plenty of seating inside and out. Kayaking in the canal was an extra bonus!

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood

Our family had a great time staying at this home. The pool was a great feature. The home had everything we needed included gear for the beach, extra towells for the beach and pool. Carlos was very communicative.

Great Weekend Stay!

The backyard is great and makes you not want to leave but if you do the home is located in a very convenient location to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach! Carlos is awesome with communication and check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely consider rebooking when visiting again!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

My family and I were very pleased with the entire experience, from booking, communication, and the property itself. Very quiet, safe and family friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves fishing off the private dock and exploring in the kayaks. Carlos is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond. We will absolutely book again when we are back in the area.

An absolute gem of a place

We loved this little gem, it was spotlessly clean, very peaceful but within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets and restaurants, Carlos was always only an email away, we had 1 or 2 little issues but one quick email off us and within 10 minutes, Carlos would email back and would deal with our little issue or any questions we had. If we had 1 criticism it would be that perhaps the shower needs updating but it in no way affected our holiday, it was adequate enough just we are used to a stronger one, so all in all would definitely recommend this villa 5*

Overall a nice place to stay but a bit on the expensive side

Communication, expectations and location were spot on. We rented the house for one day due to returning from a cruise and not flying home till following day. In order to check in early (1:30 vs. 4pm), it cost us another $168.00 per the owner (this was to cover additional help in getting place clean in shorter time than normal). Owner was very transparent and clear with communication. Home was very nice, clean but a bit over priced.

The listing is accurate and can be relied on. The location was perfect for our visit. The host was spent considerable time, reviewing the property, how things worked in the house, including the pool (which was outstanding). We would not hesitate to stay again at this location.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this peaceful location. The pool and spa were perfect and very clean! The view is wonderful. We saw lots of fish lizards and birds. We even saw a turtle sunbathing on a log nearby. We used a few of the kayaks to paddle around the water off the dock. I wish we would have sooner, it was so much fun! The beds are incredibly comfortable, there were spare pool towels that were very helpful, and a thoughtful welcome basket with a couple drinks and snacks. Plenty of room and the table for 6 and the gathering areas were perfectly sized for our group. Carlos was very patient helping us understand the pool controls. Turns out instructions were on a booklet that we overlooked, even though it was in plain sight! We appreciate Carlos and the peace and beauty of this place and plan to stay again if we ever get the chance.

Amazing property!

I am not one to leave reviews but this property definitely deserves me taking the time. Carlos the host was amazing and very responsive to all my questions and messages. We walked into the property and it was VERY clean and very welcoming. The pool and view were spectacular. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect house for our mother daughter weekend! It was a wonderful way to spend Mother’s Day! I am local to the area and will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful property & location

This home did not disappoint. So many extras, including kayaks and fishing poles! Immaculate, exactly as shown in photos. Quiet location yet many nearby restaurants and stores, including grocery. The owner Carlos has instant communication if needed. Rent this. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My husband and I rented this home for our honeymoon and had a lovely time! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and the backyard is so peaceful. The neighbor across the way seemed to watch us a lot which ruined the feel of complete "privacy" but don't let that scare you from enjoying the home. The backyard alone is worth a visit. We sunbathed, fished for HOURS, spent lots of time in the hot tub, and even kayaked one morning. The home was also well stocked inside with anything a vacationer would ever need. Trust me when I say, you'll enjoy this pick. P.S. - The host is very communicative and flexible, so you'll be in great hands.

Great place and location!

Great house for a Florida Vacation

We had 8 people at the house and it was great. Grocery store close by. Miami 1 hour away, Hollywood beach 1/2 hour away. The pool and spa were great. Kids went kayaking in the canal. The house was just what we wanted.

Perfect quick recharge

It was a short 3 night stay for us after a volleyball tournament to rest and recharge our batteries. The place was fantastic. Easy and fast communication with Carlos. Pictures match exactly what you see plus a bunch of extras like beach gear, kayaks for the canal, extra towels, and shower supply of shampoo, conditioner and gel. Super clean and well kept. Place is located right off federal highway in a quiet residential neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute drive to Lauderdale by the Sea and beaches (barring draw bridge being up). Super convenient over all. Best part was the well manicured back yard, gorgeous pool with spa tub, lots of space to sit and grab some sun, BBQ, or sit on the dock enjoying a cocktail. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Carlos!! P.S. an EV charging station is available too

Friends Getaway

We were pleased to see that the advertised version of the property was more than accurate. Extra touches in every room evidenced that the owners went overboard to ensure guests had everything they needed in a clean, safe environment. The welcome basket was the first we have experienced in any vacation rental. Looking forward to being a repeat visitor - home away from home!

Host is one of the best!

Carlos was a fantastic host. He was excellent with communication and making sure everything was to our liking. The check in and out procedure was very simple. The bed was very comfy and the tv's were very nice. Many amenities in the kitchen. The pool area was my favorite. The master bath was on the small side for us but the shower was very nice. We had great weather while we were there and soaked up all the sun!
