If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are granted an early check in, the additional fees are as follows: 12:30pm check-in: $250 2pm check-in: $150 Check-out Check-out time is 10am. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Locals Booking With Us If you’re a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed to us. Failure to do so can lead to us canceling your reservation without a refund. Common Concerns By booking this home, you acknowledged that scuff marks on the wall do not constitute as an unclean/unsanitary home or a misleading/altered representation of the images online. We do have our house managers scheduled monthly to come out and retouch the paint, however, in between this timeframe, it is possible for other guests to create new scuff marks in the home. You further acknowledge, that the hot tub/pool (if applicable) may have sand minor debris inside. The hot tubs get drained every couple of weeks and as our guests typically enjoy the nearby beaches, sand is a typical occurrence in these areas. Pools are serviced with chemicals and provided a clean weekly, sometimes this can cause blurry water that typical clears in a few hours. The hot tubs get checked for their chemical balance in between each clean and added the proper chemicals accordingly. They get drained and refilled every two weeks. Fort Lauderdale water does have a yellow tint to it, so sometimes the water will appear discolored. (Please review the Manual Section Under “YELLOW WATER” for more information. Security When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. We have a Ring Doorbell that is on 24/7 and recording. The sound level detection devices are located on the house, one in the kitchen, one outside the house near the kitchen area. Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Richard M. 1 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Everything about this place was fantastic.First, the hosts were very fast with any communication though little was needed, we are low maintenance and I grew up in the area, so know it well.The pool and the hot tub were amazing. My wife has sensitive skin but had no reactions to the water in either, a major plus. The pool and hot tub had clean and clear water, and we particularly loved the fountains in the pool for re-circulation that created a lovely background noise while we are out by the pool. Our trips to the area often involved a lot of running around but the lovely nature of the backyard and pool had us shift plans to take advantage of it. Spending lots of time in and around the water, taking in our morning coffee/breakfast and drifting off for an afternoon nap in one of the lounging areas. There is always part of the area that is getting sun and part that is not, so you can find that perfect balance. Also in the backyard is a small putting green, which we used a couple of times. Larger sitting areas and a hammock. You have complete privacy in the backyard, which is a wonderful bonus.The house itself was well set up, with three rooms, huge TVs and an old record player with records. A good kitchen if you want to cook and a large refrigerator, if you just want to bring in some take out like we did. The neighborhood is tucked into a quiet area near everything. All in all, we loved our time here, wanted another day by that pool. Maybe next time... ##### Richard M. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The inside of the property had nice beds and the basic essentials for a couple of days were supplied by the hosts. The backyard is huge and has everything you’d need, it’s amazing! The coffee station was awesome as well. Location was great and felt very safe. Cons: Ants in the kitchen if a crumb was dropped, struggled with weak WiFi connection, very few pool and shower towels, we noticed the AC unit started leaking water in the hall. The owner was very responsive and addressed the issue. The owners were great; even sent donuts one morning. Overall great stay. ##### Jody B. My wife, 14-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the sun during our February break, helping us to forget the snow and bitter cold that we left in upstate New York. Everything was as advertised. The outdoor amenities make the property, namely the pool, hot tub and putting green. There are lots of places to lay in the sun or find some shade. The house was clean, had large flatscreen TVs to binge shows at night, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Communication with the owners was awesome. Neil and Michelle went the extra mile by sending us Krispe Kreme donuts on our first morning, and they even solicited requests for vinyl records to add to their quickly-growing collection. ##### Brendan H. From even a month before check in they were super communicative on what we could expect once we got here and what accommodations my family may need. The day of arrival was as smooth as possible as they communicated directly and made check in a breeze. Our first morning here they even greeted us with donuts! The house itself is incredible. Beautiful backyard with tons to do pool was AMAZING and we spent hours back there every day. The house and beds were comfortable and the actual location of the place was as good as it gets. When we come back to Fort Lauderdale we will be checking availability here first. Neil and his family made sure everything was perfect for me and my daughter on this trip. They even sent over some doughnuts! The home is very clean and doesn’t have that strong perfume smell you get at most places. The beds are very comfy and the whole place makes you feel like you’re at home. The pool is heated and I didn’t have to mess with anything. It was all ready to go. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor area the most. Probably because she got a hole in one on her first try and loved being lazy in the hammock! Seriously though they were there for us the whole trip.
