"Bathroom lighting too soft. For a mature female it was hard to apply eye makeup with the mirror provided. I didn’t bring my own lighted mirror as I’ve always had one accessible in my room when traveling. Time of closures of food service on the property, especially on weekends. I noticed people arriving late and some with families. I didn’t look into room service so that possibly could be an option. Didn’t think to inquire."

The customer service was the absolute best I have ever been treated to. Professional and yet personal in all aspects from the Valet parking attendant to the front desk and the bar and lounge. "We were moving into the Hue so the location was perfect. The hotel is good, the staff were really nice. Rooms are fairly large which is good. I recommend not staying in the first floor as it is very noisy starting at 5:30 am. And the food service is a bit limited. "
