They were actually not open. I called the property an hour before check in to be told they have been closed since mid February. They attempted to make it right by booking us into the Best Western for free. That hotel was just gross. Homeless people walking around outside our door. We ended up leaving and paying for an entirely different hotel. Did not feel safe there.
