This is a family/business/singles hotel.The staff are so friendly, attentive and do various jobs in the hotel.
Every customer received a card for 3 drinks/ evening with a buffet supper and breakfast included in their stay.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quiet. It is eco friendly / modern and tastefully decorated.

We had an amazing stay at the Thompson hotel.The staff was caring, so helpful and very dog friendly! Our little Frida hurt her paw and they were terrific trying to find us a vet. The drivers were wonderful transporting us to shopping and dinner. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel on our way to and from our home in Delray Beach.

It was very fun being riverfront sixth floor as we had a front row seat watching the huge cargo ships go past with the tugboat. Very cool. They were lovely with a complementary cocktail and then again a beer or wine at the bar. Seating in the lobby was fun. We met some lovely people just sitting with us. Location was super handy for being a tourist.

The location was excellent. The hot buffet breakfast in the morning and coffee all day was great. The room was nice and large and comfortable. The roof top pool and hot tub were fabulous.

First time to Savannah and so glad we stayed at the Planters Inn. The daily wine and cheese, with awesome pianist, were a nice touch. Lots of folks say this place is haunted and I will add that we did have unusual activity each night and in the morning: the hollow sound of small footsteps running around above us, even though no children were staying at the hotel. Made it memorable and something to talk about with another couple over a glass of wine, anyway!

This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating.
