"Staff was neutral, definitely nothing special. Paid for Valet and didn’t really get any extra help with luggage, all they did was park our car….no offers for upgrades at check in and the hotel was not overly booked. So somewhat disappointed and we paid a LOT for one night…. Best part is just location! "

"The Hotel Indigo is my go-to when visiting my son, a junior at SCAD. The staff are very pet friendly and accommodating. The location is great for walking the historic area and it’s an easy walk across Bay Street to get to a green with loads of friendly squirrels to charm your dog. "

"This was a prime location, park your car in the public parking garage beside the hotel. They use the same facility much cheaper. You won’t need it from that point you can walk everywhere. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were in good condition. Absolutely no issues with this hotel and I would recommend it and use it again."

The rooms were spacious, the people and staff were tremendously, helpful, the ballet service gentleman was absolutely professional and very helpful and we even got to talk with the manager. The front staff managed to make our stay wonderful and the dogs loved it. We will be back for an extended stay."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky."
