Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities arising directly from Guest’s use of the property, grounds, decks, stairs, fire-pit, common areas, and any other items on the property. Guest also agrees to defend the owner and his agents from any lawsuit alleging damages and/or personal injury that occurred during the Guest’s rental of the property, provided the incident was due to the Guest’s actions or negligence.
