The staff were wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel special by upgrading our suite and sending complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates to our room. The staff helping with luggage/valet service were so kind and sweet. The only downside was that the property is a bit old and our room sort of felt like a dungeon in the basement. Some maintenance and renos would have significantly improved the quality of my stay. Also the breakfast was delightful and the wait staff were...

Breakfast buffet was more than substantial! Staff were helpful and friendly. Retrieved a left article and had it ready for our next visit!

Fantastic rooms and wonderful service but use of the pool (spa) is an additional cost that doesn’t make sense if you just want to go for a quick relaxing swim.

Personnel compétent, accessible et professionnel. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et excellent, Emplacement parfait pour visiter Lisbonne à pied.

Very well located, walking distance to most of the old city sites. If you don't feel the need for getting your steps the hotel is also close to the "Hop on/Hop off" buses. The hotel itself was great, excellent service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic gym and spa

Was a great place all round

We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted with such a friendly greeting upon arrival and the concierge Carolina was so kind and helpful, she gave us so many great suggestions and helped us plan the things we wanted to do and see. We originally booked 2 nights but decided to stay for a third as it was such a great hotel. The rooms are super modern and unique with power blinds, cool lighting options and a rain fall shower. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing, such great views up there....

Place was great, location was perfect for touring around the city and outlying locations. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Would stay here again next time we visit Lisbon.

Has a lovely warm pool and spa area. The front counter are very helpful. It was a nice quiet retreat from the busyness of the city. The Tram to get you to the old town area was right across the street. We walked over to the shopping area and on to old town took about an hour.

The breakfast was very nice , the gym was great other there was no towels there when I arrived but a saw other people having one . We took a bolt into town it was 12 euros , parking is free. Great stay .

Everyone and everything was fantastic!

What a fantastic hotel! The room was spacious and clean and modern. The restaurant offers delicious food for breakfast and dinner. And, the staff are top notch, friendly and efficient. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Décorations soignée. Propre. Bon petit déjeûner. Personnel courtois.
