Staff were super friendly. Room was perfect, we got a nicer room than we were expecting. Housekeeping was great, everyday room was cleaned. Special thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned our room on the 12th of Feb. We left the room in a mess and came back to it spotless. Excellent attention to detail by all Staff. Amazing rooftop pool with a view.

We only stayed here one night (due to a layover) but this hotel definitely made an impression on us for a lifetime. We've already decided that if we ever come back to Lisbon, we will be staying here as long as the price is right and there is availability. The front desk guy was very helpful when it came to dinner recommendations. He sent us to a restaurant not even 5 minutes away from the hotel which was amazing (Comedouro). The hotel itself is in a really nice area where there are other hotels, restaurants and more.

I loved the hotel, simple with comfy bed. The location is great, across the street is a hub for all the tours, downtown is less than a mile walk down nice street with expensive stores. The downtown is 20 min by walk, nice and quiet. There is a little market where you can get water , there is a refrigerator. Shopping mall 10 min walk on one street. If you are looking for a comfy bed, this is the place, taxi to airport at 3am 18 euro, regular time 10-15 euro, 15 -20 min ride
