"Our experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff is so friendly while handling our requests. We enjoyed the free coffee and relaxing in the balcony and common area. I especially appreciate the convenient location. I needed to buy an extra carryon bag to bring home all my souvenirs, and was happy to find the many home goods stores right around the corner. "

"Staff was extremely helpful, very understanding of everything had great suggestions of stuff to eat or do. They held my baggage for me until my flight and was a breeze to get in and out. Very close to the metro station. My only gripe is that the sound proofing could be a bit better, you can sometimes hear door slamming in the hallway. Altogether still a great stay and would stay again"
