We like Yun Estate Hotel better because the staff, cleaning, and room service are all very nice. They are friendly, efficient, and pay attention to details. Really didn’t want to go to Beitou for onsen and found this interesting place in Tamsui. The hotel is very Japanese modern chiq. It’s quiet and incorporates AI systems in the room. The breakfast and onsen was amazing. Service is also top notch. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home.
