My wife contacted me about her trip that got cancelled because of the train issue, I booked a room with Luna hotel. Before my wife even showed up, the hotel contacted me about my family's arrival. Asked how old my kids were and upgraded the room without extra charge. Great service! My wife arrived and they were more than accommodating. The upgrade was informed by my wife. The hotel didn't even tell me about it until I thanked them.
