Staff and their service were nice. Food was good. Facilities were plenty fine. Price/value was great. Our only complaint was that we wish the air conditioning worked in each room, but it was shut off for the "winter" to only work centrally. Our room was 22.5 degrees C, which is way hotter than we usually sleep.
