« Great location for 6 of us - 2 kids (6 & 8), parents, and grandparents. We mostly ate dinners out. Kitchen was well appointed, but would have been a tight squeeze for dining (especially because it was a little too chilly to use the outside table). « Lovely ground floor apartment with private patio. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated/furnished with lovely touches such as books and candles. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could require. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious which would be a bonus for larger parties. Clear instructions given about check in and out process and helpful notes about the property and surrounding area (things to do, restaurants etc.) Location was great - an easy short walk to the beach...

« My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s townhome. It was very clean and well appointed. It has a small spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a very short ceiling that my husband used for working. The location is terrific…just 5 minutes from West Beach with numerous restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect for a couple on a Santa Barbara getaway! »

« We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. « The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. It is easy to walk to State St. to enjoy shopping, restaurants and the farmer's market. We even walked from the condo all the way to the Pier one afternoon and had a great time enjoying the beach. « Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara. »

« This place was absolutely fantastic; an easy 5 stars. It was very clean with brand new appliances and mostly great furniture. The beds were both comfortable. It is clear that everything about the place is high quality. The pictures don't due the back patio justice. It is a lovely space with a stunning view of the city below. Management was quick to respond to any questions and overall very helpful. I would not hesitate in the slightest to rent this place again if I ever had need to come back...

« This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). Nice outdoor upstairs patio and upstairs suite. Spacious bedrooms and overall well appointed. No dishwasher or water line hook up for ice maker or water dispenser. « My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground!
