Das Hotel hat sehr gute Verbindung zum Flughafen, oder Stad. Das Bett ist neu und komfortable aber der Boden oder das Bad könnte man renovieren. Für Übernachtung und weiterflüg hat aber sehr gut gepasst

When they remodeled they put new electrical systems and lighting. Dimmer switches for overhead lighting and flexible mood lights around the bed. They work great.

The property is safe, very clean, smoke-free, and offers plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself was quiet, the bathroom clean and very comfortable. It would have helped to have one more blanket since it was still winter when I checked in. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend this property due to its proximity to various amenities.

Great for a fast stay, I go for work and it perfect for me. Staff is friendly and even the kiosk FaceTime staff are nice.

Room was a bit dirty this time. Hotel is what you would expect for this price point. Someone’s car alarm kept going off for long periods of time making it hard to sleep. Walls are thin.

We did not stay because the room had no blankets no extra blankets or pillows for the two of us. It was not clean and the chair looked like it came from a dirty garage sale. Sketchy neighborhood. Asked for a refund and returned the key.

The manager was arguing with me that the wifi worked when it straight up didnt on 2 devices in my room. It worked in the office and i didnt have to put in the password because i did it properly. He never apologized to me, his immediate response was arguing. The bed sheets were dirty, pillows uncomfortable, i will never stay there again and i made a 1 star review on google.

The absolute Worst place I've stayed. I realized it was a mistake right at check. They leave a side door open , thus anyone can walk in unnoticed and break into rooms. I put my luggage in my car every morning, at least it was safe. In a non-descript area, after check i "was informed" about a $10 per day 'extra parking fee'. Don't do it, don't stay here. It's a lousy place that you will regert. My mistake, the very worst place i have ever experienced!

Be aware of this hotel, they hold deposit of 100$ and charged my card 75$ for towels being on the floor after use, they're trying hard to hustle money here. Avoid at any cost!

Bike friendly. Comfortable. Easy check-in with a virtual assistant, which was a first for me. The room was homey and clean. air-conditioning worked well and smelled clean when operating. Wifi did not work.

Need refund denied room
I prepaid . Nowhere on the hotel description does it say ground floor rooms are $20 bucks extra. Clerk told me first the ground floor was sold out. Then she told me she had plenty of ground floor rooms with two beds but it was $20 more. There was la deposit required but they wouodnt take a ground floor. So i was denied access to my room and was also denied a refund. Clerk told me to get regind from hotels.com. please refund my rental fees immediately. I use a walker and cant take stairs. No elevator on this property.
