The Carlton Cottage is cozy little place nestled in the historic Santa Rita neighborhood! Our beautiful wood shake cottage offers a quiet area to either come and relax or be minutes away from shopping, the college, or a stroll in the park!

Our Cottage has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, linens/ towels, one living space and a dining room/ rec room leading to the back porch area. Fiber optic 500mbps Wifi internet in the house so you're able to stream whatever you wish!

Very minimal furniture.
Poorly stocked. Only 3 tide pods, 3 trash bags, few hangers, only room for three to sit in the living room. Worst thing was the tiny refrigerator. Family of four for 5 nights… we needed decent pans and some bowls for cooking. No bags or foil. Four coffee pods. Poorly stocked for the ridiculous price for such an old home in a horrible neighborhood. We would not recommend.
