Sainte-Anne-de-Sabrevois Vacation Packages

We enjoyed our stay at the Boxotel. It was in a great location, the superior room on two floors was well-outfitted with modern amenities. Will definitely stay again.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

Tiny but clean. Good location for exploring the city (20 minute walk to Old Montreal, 15 minute walk to Centre Bell) with a grocery store and cafe/bakery within 1-2 minute walk. Would stay here again for the price.

It feels like no one works for the property and it could have been cleaner. Theres a lack in communication with the property. For example, getting simple things like towels/toilet paper was a hassle. The best thing was the location.

The room is small but The location was gr8. I have since sent messages back and forth with Hotel and they were very receptive to my suggestions for improvement. It is fine....a quaint, old hotel. But services are very limited and that is why I give it 3 stars. Fine but there are ways they could make it better...we stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came in room for light cleaning. When we asked for things we were able to get them but I usually am used to clean towels daily and maybe garbage bins being emptied
