Exceptional staff! Very pleasant and super friendly. Will be going back in the summer! Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the personnel very friendly and accommodating. This hotel used to be the "Gouverneur," and is the nicest in the city and at a very affordable cost. We stayed during a visit to my sisters who reside in town, and know the area well as I come from Montreal and summered about 24 kms. south of here. The city has everything you could want including nice malls and great restaurants. A Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Our only complaint would be that one...

Was a great option for us for one night. But if you are planning on staying there and visit Montreal, keep in mind there is always lots of traffic on Samuel De Champlain bridge.

Very many dining and shopping options. Bed comfort was amazing, slept like a rock

Everything was better than expected! Staff were very friendly. This hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and well kept! 5/5 stars, will stay again!

Worth the price.

Nice pool, gym, and good breakfast. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Free parking a wifi, very clean and aldo have good price masages

All good, no compliants. Just FYI this location does not have an elevator in case you have heavy luggage's that need to be hauled to your second floor room.

Staffs are accomodating.

Great place to stay! Thanks for having us.

Lovely little place makes you feel like you live in Montreal for the night. Cosy and clean plus the bathtub was amazing. The soaps - meh. It was quiet, close to downtown but about 20 - 30 minutes from old port & the best local food spots . DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. Just pay for their parking. Very accommodating staff. Would stay again.

We stayed 3 nights and we're very pleased with the hotel. It was clean -- no yucky molds in bathroom, smelled clean, and the beds were very comfortable -- something I have trouble finding with my bad back. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. It was quiet and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well even though it was over 30C outside. I was a great place to stay and explore the region. We will definitely be back to stay and see more of the Eastern Townships....
