"The pictures do not match what the apartment actually looks like. It’s smaller than depicted with less seating. It isn’t in a great area and it was on the top floor which I don’t recall being told. Overall a bad experience. "

"Gary was a truly gracious host. The house is beautiful and very clean. There are so many amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable including the upgrades to the bathrooms. The pool was perfect to cool down after the heat wave that hit and the hot tub was amazing as well. The kitchen has everything anyone would need to make meals while enjoying your stay. We will definitely stay again in the future! The view is pretty great too. Thank you, Gary! "
"It was very nice to have the water out back, however our weather was not the best to enjoy it. Had everything we needed provided, don't really think the grill was usable, but we didn't intend to grill. Would rent again if we're back out east."

"I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed. Mike and TeresaHickory NC"
"We completely enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail was wonderful. We appreciated the bathrobes, motion sensor lighting, coffee/tea station, breakfast goods in the refrigerator along with a filtered water pitcher. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. We also liked being able to use the gas BBQ our back. Altogether, a lovely stay."
