The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. Communication was all right.There were some important discrepancies in the actual space from the VRBO listing that I think should be addressed & corrected.In addition, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should have been noticed by the hosts, but were not.It was fine for our needs on this trip, but not a place we would go out of our way to return to."

"An absolute wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to everything, friendly. Had a 5 inch snow storm while we were there and they went out of their way to make sure snow was cleared ( told them they didnt have to)Also loaned us a car sweeper to remove the snow from overnight."

There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence"
