The thing I found the worst part of my stay was the mattress could not get comfortable could feel just about every spring
Excellent stay for the holiday. We stayed 5 nights. We had wonderful service: form
Housekeeping cleaning our room, to the kitchen staff great breakfast (excellent waffles my favorite, eggs and sausage/bacon, cereal). It was a little understaffed a couple of days with New Years, but the gals worked really hard. It was like our home away from home. We appreciate all the great service. The beds were comfortable. Loved the roomy suite, #402. I would love to see the hotel be more eco-friendly and not use the small shampoo bottles. The refillable would be better. Paula Esterson
I have always loved to bring my family to your hotel because it is family friendly. Everything has always been great. That said, i have not been impressed with the breakfast this year. That haa been my point of attraction. The quality dropped, the variety dropped. It did not feel tropical by any standards.
