The room was clean however the facility has a whole needed updating and the stairs and hallways to get up to the second floor were very stuffy with no fresh air and old carpeting. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

We stayed here due to close proximity to Bristol 4th of July events 2026. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cool. When we arrived the outside temp was 93*. Comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

For two nights stay it was perfect. Clean room and bedding. Washroom was also very clean, recently renovated. Stairs to the second floor needed vacuuming. Lots of parking spaces. Checking in was easy and staff was polite. Give it a 3 star.

We checked in very late but, Staff was pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning worked very well. Had to have a smoking room. Wasn't thrilled but, room was cleaned well and smell was minimal.

1 wash cloth for room TV cable went out after 20 minutes of viewing. No extra blankets Lumpy pillows Shower has lack of control just drizzle No cups , no coffee or tea, creamers etc. No phone to call front desk for any issues. Over charged for piss poor hospitality!!! Website said 2 dogs was ok but the guy at the front desk said 1. Also said check in was at 3pm but then I showed him the email that said 2pm.
